Specialized CNS Training Workshops (from Year 2)

Beginning in Year 2, the Company will offer its own branded training programs through the “Irfan CNS Academy.” These workshops will provide structured, Eurocontrol-aligned courses on CNS systems for Canadian engineers and aviation technicians. Students will receive hands-on training, scenario-based exercises, and practical demonstrations based on real-world experience from international aviation environments. This service will help bridge Canada’s CNS talent gap by upskilling professionals and enhancing workforce readiness.
